We are delighted to announce that Tricia Cate has joined our team at OPT Business Services to lead the launch of our groundbreaking Business Process Management tool, OxyGen. Tricia brings an exceptional wealth of experience and expertise to our organization, and we are thrilled to have her on board.
In her new role, Tricia will play a pivotal part in driving the success of OxyGen and spearheading the development of our global partner program. With 26 years of experience as an accomplished Channel Sales Leader, Tricia has a remarkable track record of building successful indirect sales channels, including GSI, SI, VAR, OEM, Alliance and ISV partnerships.
Tricia's deep understanding of workflow automation, integrations, and organizational streamlining will be invaluable as we bring OxyGen to the market. Her strategic direction and leadership will accelerate our growth and enable us to empower businesses with streamlined processes and enhanced efficiency.
Tricia's career in the automation industry began in the late 90s, where she pioneered the introduction of cutting-edge business automation solutions to the CRM and ERP industries. With a focus on integrated fax, credit card, and shipping automation within Partner Ecosystems, Tricia revolutionized workflows and processes. Her expertise expanded as she successfully cultivated the Partner Channel for KnowldgeSync, a Business Activity Monitoring platform, collaborating with 1500 VAR Partners and 30 OEMs. Throughout her journey, she continuously honed her skills, specializing in Business Process Management, iPaaS and Intelligent Automation solutions. Tricia's extensive experience across a wide spectrum of business automation positions her as an invaluable asset in spearheading the launch of OxyGen and fostering a thriving community of partners.
When Tricia isn’t working in the Partner Ecosystem, she spends time with her family on the beautiful Hood Canal in the Pacific Northwest. During her time off she is a tour director, taking small groups on international excursions teaching them photography and hopefully having the best vacations of their lives.
