We purchased SedonaSync and quickly found that knowledge of SQL and database table linking was needed.  We couldn’t create events from scratch and couldn’t make many changes to the events that came with Sync.  OPT has ready-made events they set up quickly and tailor to our specific needs.  Their dashboard reports are excellent.  Before OPT, our Billing Specialist would run a service billings report every day and email it to managers.  OPT’s Daily Service Dashboard does that automatically every night, and includes more information, including how many tickets were opened and closed, the oldest open ticket, and service billings and credits.  Another high-profile event OPT set up for us is emailed invoices.  We have a custom invoice format they were able to recreate in SedonaSync.  We now send 44% of our invoices by email, in a similar format as printed invoices.  If there’s a problem with any of OPT’s events, they are able to fix it right away.  If I have any questions or changes to our events, OPT responds quickly with the answers.  They are willing to talk through any unusual requests.  Overall, we are very happy with OPT’s services.
