We now offer a number of SedonaSync Survey Events to our customers that are fully customizable. The survey form can either be hosted by OPT Business Services, Inc. or you can provide your own survey link! Among our surveys that we have available, some of the options that are included focus on customer satisfaction based upon a recent installation or service calls. These surveys can be sent to the customer when a job task is signed off on, or when the job or service ticket has been invoiced, completed, or closed.
We’re averaging a new review every few days... and getting really high quality authentic feedback that’s impactful and believable.
