Key Account Packages

We now offer not just one but TWO Key Account Packages! These are fantastic for those larger accounts that require just a bit more attention. After identifying your customers as a Key Account in SedonaOffice using our easy to use data entry process, everything else happens automatically! Your customers can receive a daily snapshot of all their open service tickets as well as a notification when a ticket is created, scheduled, dispatched, and resolved. Our Key Account Packages now not only focus on Service, but on Jobs as well! Just think of the added benefit that these events could have for your company by combining these two Key Account Packages. 

 

These packages include the following events ...

 

 Service Key Account Package

  • 1224 - Dispatched Tech with Photo - Email to Key Account Group notifying that tech is in route, including tech photo.

  • 1225 - Daily Open Ticket Snapshot - Email to Key Account Group with list of currently open service tickets.  

  • 1226 - Tickets Created - Email to Key Account Group with list of newly created tickets. 

  • 1227 - Tickets Resolved - Email to Key Account Group with list of resolved tickets.

  • 1228 - Tickets Scheduled - Email to Key Account Group with list of scheduled tickets.

  • 1267 - Tech has Arrived - Email to Key Account Group notifying that a tech has arrived.

  • 1268 - Tech has Departed - Email to Key Account Group that a tech has departed. 

 

Job Key Account Package

  • ​1420 - Dispatched Tech with Photo - Email to Key Account Group notifying that tech is in route, including tech photo.

  • 1421 - Job Tasks Signed Off - Email to Key Account Group notifying that task has been signed off.  

  • 1422 - Jobs Created - Email to Key Account Group with list of newly entered jobs. 

  • 1423 - Jobs Closed -  Email to Key Account Group with list of closed jobs. 

  • 1424 - Jobs Scheduled - Email to Key Account Group with list of scheduled jobs. 

  • 1447 - Tech has Arrived - Email to Key Account Group notifying that a tech has arrived.

  • 1448 - Tech has Departed - Email to Key Account Group that a tech has departed.

 

Many of our other events are programmed to identify your Key Accounts when they appear in standard reports and notifications. We are now adding this feature to more events each day! This will help you stay up to the minute while improving customer relations. These suites have become a must have for our customers!
